Masturbation

Masturbation, including watching pornography, is a sin. Masturbation is a sexual immorality, according to the Holy Bible, and is considered perversion! These lustful actions may please the flesh, but they displease and defy God! We are the temples of God, His sanctuaries. Avoid allowing lustful things into God’s temple (1 Corinthians 3:16-17). You wouldn't intentionally commit sinful actions in church; how is it different from doing so privately when we are His temple? It is disrespectful and dishonors God! We must respect God and ourselves! We must remain pure and holy! Masturbation is in NO way pure or holy but lustful and immoral.  Be mindful of the things you watch, listen to, and read. Protect your spirit at all costs; what you watch can positively or negatively influence your mind. You do not want lust getting into your spirit. Do not give into the desires of the flesh, but live solely by the Word of God! Do not follow the flesh; instead, follow the Spirit of God (Romans 8:5). Living according to the flesh leads to death, but living according to the Spirit brings life and peace (Romans 8:6). Purify your spirit—only hunger and thirst for righteousness (Matthew 5:6). Always keep in mind: A few moments of pleasure are not worth your soul suffering for eternity! If you are battling these demons, ask God for deliverance, and He will come through for you. (1 Thessalonians 4:3-5) (Galatians 5:19-21) (1 Corinthians 6:9) (Leviticus 15:16-17, 18:23, 20:7-8).
